Announcing the Reorganisation of Cloche Co Ltd , the new Corporate Structure and the transfer of businesses
CLOCHE co,.ltd. has changed its corporate name to CLOCHE HOLDINGS co,.ltd. which will administrate whole group including any further development of business.
Then, following duties have been transferred to the new CLOCHE co,.ltd.
The retail and all stocking duties of former CLOCHE co,.ltd.
The wholesale business of Milly co,.ltd.
The pop-up shops business of Pas de lion co,.ltd.
